“A painter should begin every canvas with a wash of black, because all things in nature are dark except where exposed by the light.”

 ― Leonardo da Vinci

IT'S NOT JUST

FINE ART

IT'S

FANTASTIC

ART

Growing up, my life was filled with creativity.

My father is a very gifted artist. I was encouraged to play with clay, paint, and doodle.

I was one of the lucky ones.  I went to school for art - no questions asked and have used my degree ever since.

TEXTURAL PAINTINGS

Throughout my fine art career I tinkered with many abstract techniques until I created the textural weave style in 2004.

I continually evolve my process and am always experimenting with new materials and compositions.

MURALS // SIGNS

When I was a teenager, my parents allowed me to paint the walls of our home.  My room was covered in murals.  Ever since I have used the places I've lived and the businesses I've owned as a blank canvases.

I love painting LARGE!

ILLUSTRATIONS

One of my favorite things to do.  All I need is a piece a paper and a pencil... add Prismacolor® and it's a recipe for fun and vibrant color!
